Usability testing is the act of measuring an end user experience of a product by a variety of scientific metrics. nResult, in conjunction with the client, will devise a comprehensive series of metrics to track and test against a product-all the while recording the end user’s product experience. Certification is only issued when the compiled metrics meet or exceed nResult’s predefined usability standards.
